About the role
- Lead, manage, and develop a global team of facilitators, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Personally facilitate high-impact programs and key cohorts as needed, modeling best-in-class facilitation and setting the bar for quality and participant experience
- Define and own the global facilitation competency framework, ensuring consistent quality standards across programs
- Set clear expectations and standards for facilitation delivery, including preparation, delivery, and participant engagement
- Establish and manage processes to deploy facilitators efficiently across 20+ programs with thousands of participants
- Partner with Portfolio and Program Managers to match facilitators with the right programs, ensuring expertise and alignment with learning outcomes
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to forecast facilitation needs, manage capacity, and monitor utilization
- Regularly evaluate facilitation performance through participant feedback, observation, and quality reviews
- Implement ongoing facilitator development, including training, coaching, and certification programs
- Own metrics and reporting on facilitator utilization, delivery quality, and participant experience
- Continuously improve facilitation practices by leveraging data insights, AI tools, and global best practices
- Ensure a scalable model for delivering both virtual and in-person learning experiences
- Champion a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the facilitation community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, or training management, including managing large teams
- Proven expertise in facilitation and adult learning principles, with demonstrated success in global leadership programs
- Strong track record of managing facilitator capacity, scheduling, and utilization in a high-volume environment
- Experience developing and implementing facilitation competency frameworks and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills with the ability to inspire high performance
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decisions around quality, efficiency, and program impact
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with virtual facilitation platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx) and learning systems (LMS/LXP)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools that enhance facilitation efficiency
