About the role
- Define and own master data (regional) principles and policies
- Aligning with functions and regions to ensure new policies and governance are in line with business models
- Contribute to and influence Diabetes roadmaps for Data / Information Management
- Understand the technology landscape of transactional systems, data management and master data layer, to analytics and consuming applications
- Collaborate with IT Master Data Management team & country data stewards to ensure quality of data is in place and policies and guidelines are being adhered to
- Establish consistent metrics to measure quality of data
- Tracking implementation/deployment progress and reporting back to program leadership
- Leverage effective relationship building among regional & functional business partners to understand their data needs, data dependencies and identify opportunities for business process standardization, ensuring high employee engagement
- Identify risks and drive continuous improvements in data management through technological innovation, operational improvement, and championing adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a relevant area
- 7+ years of experience in program, project management in mid to large size companies
- Proven track record of working within a multicultural environment
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment
- Excellent spoken & written English skills
- Located in the Central European Time zone, or willing to align to the working hours
- Getting things done’ and hands-on mentality; act decisively and take responsibility
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
- Great organizational, project, and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences, active listening skills
