About the role

  • Connect with client hospitals, understand and analyze their most pressing business challenges and deliver high value services which improve their quality, productivity, and patient and staff experience
  • Work with your team on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare
  • Drive complex transformational change
  • Design and implementing growth strategies
  • Develop and streamlining patient-focused care pathways
  • Improve operational excellence helps hospitals innovate and optimize
  • Help physicians and hospital management improve outcomes
  • Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and the team

Requirements

  • A couple of years of relevant consulting experience (preferred), healthcare consulting or/and some prior industry experience
  • Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
  • Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
  • Relevant Master’s degree (preferred) with excellent academic + extracurricular results
  • Project management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
