About the role
- Shape and execute strategy across positioning, messaging, pricing, campaigns, and product launches
- Gather and analyse voice-of-customer data, market trends, segmentation, and competitor activity
- Act as the regional subject-matter expert
- Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
- Equip sales teams with the right tools, training, and local adaptations
- Track KPIs, report on product performance, forecast demand
Requirements
- Marketing Product Specialist with 3+ years Medical Device Marketing & launch experience at a regional level
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functions such as marketing, sales, clinical, & regulatory
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English
- Ability to think strategically & execute tactically
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Neurovascular technologies would be a clear advantage
