💰 €50,200 - €82,800 per year
About the role
- Work with your team on projects across our partnerships to deliver quality and improve healthcare
- Drive complex transformational change
- Design and implement growth strategies
- Develop and streamline patient-focused care pathways
- Improve operational excellence helping hospitals innovate and optimize, e.g. Same-day discharge, Remote care, Regional collaboration, New care concepts, Growth programs
- Help physicians and hospital management improve outcomes
- Share and communicate determined best practices actively with clients and the team
Requirements
- A couple of years of relevant consulting experience (preferred), healthcare consulting or/and some prior industry experience
- Healthcare industry knowledge or experience
- Proven track record in driving end to end transformations: from analysis to implementation
- Relevant Master’s degree (preferred) with excellent academic + extracurricular results
- Project management: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, building relationships, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
