About the role
- Lead the CC&OO Inventory Team for Northern Europe, ensuring staff development and adherence to Customer Care processes
- Lead execution on inventory management KPIs
- Analyze inventory data to make decisions about stock levels
- Report and monitor inventory levels across the area, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Operating Units, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Care Teams, Marketing Teams, and Center of Expertise
- Lead initiatives and projects regarding Field Inventory Optimization
- Support Systems & Tools for Inventory visibility and plan Trainings
- Analyze, create, develop, and implement long-term field inventory strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in business administration, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
- 5+ years’ experience in Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Project Management or similar
- First experiences in leading, supervising & directing teams
- Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management
- Experienced in use of ERP platforms (SAP experience an advantage but not essential)
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
