Lead the CC&OO Inventory Team for Northern Europe, ensuring staff development and adherence to Customer Care processes
Lead execution on inventory management KPIs
Analyze inventory data to make decisions about stock levels
Report and monitor inventory levels across the area, driving continuous improvement
Collaborate with Operating Units, Supply Chain Planning, Customer Care Teams, Marketing Teams, and Center of Expertise
Lead initiatives and projects regarding Field Inventory Optimization
Support Systems & Tools for Inventory visibility and plan Trainings
Analyze, create, develop, and implement long-term field inventory strategies

Requirements

Bachelor´s degree in business administration, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
5+ years’ experience in Controlling, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Project Management or similar
First experiences in leading, supervising & directing teams
Outstanding change management skills and experience, including stakeholder management
Experienced in use of ERP platforms (SAP experience an advantage but not essential)
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
