About the role

  • Provide administrative support to the Coronary Renal Denervation Sales leadership team
  • Coordinate and manage Director’s calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries via Outlook
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of Director or as requested by Director and Staff
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
  • Maintain business organizational charts and manage requisition process for purchasing equipment/office supplies
  • Prepare and modify presentation materials, reports, and forms; handle correspondence and department communications
  • Ensure confidentiality of documents, messages and telephone calls; manage confidential information with discretion
  • Conduct Customer Care employee engagement surveys (e.g., using Qualtrics) and consolidate/distribute Americas Regional COE newsletter
  • Maintain, track, and provide reports relating to department budget and expenses; research and resolve issues with expense reports, purchase orders, invoices
  • Provide analytical support on organizational processes/projects (organizational planning, performance reviews, AOP planning)
  • Project management/event planning and managing large meetings and events within allocated budgets (e.g., Customer Service Week, department picnics, potlucks, holiday events)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Systems knowledge: Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), internet
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Publisher, Adobe Contribute, Prodagio, OneSource, One Note, Autodesk Design Review, Office Communicator, Qualtrics
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements (American Express travel online tool)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and judgment
  • Ability to be independently mobile and interact with a computer
  • Willingness to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week in-person
