About the role
- Provide administrative support to the Coronary Renal Denervation Sales leadership team
- Coordinate and manage Director’s calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries via Outlook
- Schedule meetings on behalf of Director or as requested by Director and Staff
- Make domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
- Maintain business organizational charts and manage requisition process for purchasing equipment/office supplies
- Prepare and modify presentation materials, reports, and forms; handle correspondence and department communications
- Ensure confidentiality of documents, messages and telephone calls; manage confidential information with discretion
- Conduct Customer Care employee engagement surveys (e.g., using Qualtrics) and consolidate/distribute Americas Regional COE newsletter
- Maintain, track, and provide reports relating to department budget and expenses; research and resolve issues with expense reports, purchase orders, invoices
- Provide analytical support on organizational processes/projects (organizational planning, performance reviews, AOP planning)
- Project management/event planning and managing large meetings and events within allocated budgets (e.g., Customer Service Week, department picnics, potlucks, holiday events)
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Systems knowledge: Microsoft applications (Word, Excel), internet
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise and proficiency using MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Publisher, Adobe Contribute, Prodagio, OneSource, One Note, Autodesk Design Review, Office Communicator, Qualtrics
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements (American Express travel online tool)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and judgment
- Ability to be independently mobile and interact with a computer
- Willingness to work onsite a minimum of 4 days per week in-person
