About the role
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate, technical, and commercial roles, aligned to business priorities
- Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models
- Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of MiniMed’s Talent Acquisition operating model
- Support agency and vendor governance, including contracts, controls, and usage
- Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimisation of core hiring workflows
- Support onboarding alignment in partnership with HR Operations
- Support TA training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers
- Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across TA tools, processes, and candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role
- Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems, process improvement, RPO, or compliance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions preferred
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward delivery
