About the role

  • Partnering with business leaders to assess and plan for regional and operating unit-specific hiring needs, eventually serving as a market expert, staying informed on sourcing channels, competitors, and local recruitment trends.
  • Driving inclusive hiring practices, including diverse slates and interview panels, to ensure equitable recruitment outcomes.
  • Leading the deployment of talent acquisition programs and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of businesses.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including executive-level positions (Director and above).
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract early-career talent and strengthen employer branding in the region.
  • Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and delivering training to stakeholders on best practices.
  • Monitoring recruiter performance and ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of building and executing recruitment strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong background in international recruitment and working across multiple countries/regions, ideally within a matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in executive recruitment is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills, with a focus on project and program management.
  • Familiarity with talent attraction, sourcing strategies, and diversity recruitment initiatives.
  • Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English.
