About the role
- Partnering with business leaders to assess and plan for hiring needs
- Driving inclusive hiring practices
- Leading the deployment of talent acquisition programs and initiatives
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for all roles
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract early-career talent
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment processes
- Monitoring recruiter performance and ensuring timely and high-quality recruitment delivery
Requirements
- At least 10 years in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of building and executing recruitment strategies that support business objectives
- Strong background in international recruitment
- Expertise in executive recruitment is essential
- Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
- Familiarity with talent attraction and diversity recruitment initiatives
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical device industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English
