About the role

  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for the use of robotic technology in designated surgical specialties.
  • Craft targeted messages, identify key market segments, and deploy marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility and adoption among healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee the development and substantiation of claims related to our robotic systems.
  • Work closely with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure claims are accurate, compliant, and effectively support marketing strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to communicate and leverage clinical evidence that underscores the efficacy and safety of our robotic systems.
  • Develop materials and campaigns to disseminate findings through various channels, including digital platforms, conferences, and direct engagements with key opinion leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, customer engagement, and adoption of Medtronic's surgical solutions.
  • Continuously gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and evidence-based marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with complex regulatory landscapes and diverse customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
