About the role
- Focus on recruiting, hiring, and providing supervision to your staff.
- Leading individual development planning and training plans to create a high performing test organization.
- Providing technical mentoring and facilitating training to ensure high technical competency.
- Managing the specific Hybrid/Device test engineering functional area focused on production support.
- Maintaining control of the budget while driving improved efficiency.
- Assisting with the management of project deliverables associated with your test engineering team.
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive the organization’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an MS degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience or a PhD.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within your job area.
- Typically has advanced knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
