About the role

  • Play a critical role in the sales process by demonstrating the value of MedTrainer’s platform to prospective healthcare clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating compliance and credentialing challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to healthcare organizations.
  • Partner with sales executives to identify client pain points and align solutions.
  • Customize presentations and ROI discussions for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Two or more years in SaaS sales, pre-sales consulting, or healthcare technology experience (learning, compliance, or credentialing experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing, or workforce training.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level and department leaders.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and articulate business value.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce and virtual sales tools such as Zoom or Gong.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and consultative mindset with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
