About the role
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of an enterprise analytics product built on Microsoft Power BI with Snowflake
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, BI developers, and healthcare operations leaders to deliver high-impact analytics solutions
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition for Ventra’s Power BI analytics platform
- Drive product strategy across claims, billing, coding, AR, denial management, and payer analytics
- Align product roadmap with business growth, compliance requirements, and operational KPIs
- Evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and data usage patterns
- Drive the product lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring that key milestones are met timely
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews as a Scrum Master
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years managing data or analytics products
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
- Deep, hands-on expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer-provider workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (Data Engineering, BI, QA)
- Knowledge of cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake
- Strong data skills: Querying using T-SQL and data handling & manipulating large data sets using Excel & Python
