About the role
- Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionals
- Resolving Customer Queries
- Processing Payments
- Issuing correspondence to patients

- Assisting with aspects of clinic management

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Previous experience in medical reception, administration, or customer service (e.g., hospitality/travel industry)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience handling phone enquiries
- Familiarity with clinical systems (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced medical setting
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team as needed
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and quickly build rapport
- Excellent telephone manner
