Vice President

• Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the Vice President of Product owns the product vision, roadmap, and customer discovery process for Medrio’s full eClinical suite.
• Working closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, this role is responsible for driving Medrio to $100M in bookings by 2028 by shipping products that SMB clinical trial customers choose first.
• The VP of Product leads the Product Management and User-Centered Design functions, sets the AI-forward product strategy, and acts as the company’s chief customer advocate at the executive level.

• Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Leadership Team, lead Engineering, Test, IT Operations, and Deployment teams.
• Drive Medrio’s AI-first engineering strategy, deliver software that customers trust, and build a high-performance team.
• Own architecture, security posture, delivery standards, and the engineering organization’s culture, talent, and operational health.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development across the engineering organization.
• Own cloud-native architecture decisions across a multi-product SaaS platform.
• Optimize the development lifecycle by eliminating bottlenecks and automating workflows.
• Own Medrio’s security posture and ensure on-time renewal of compliance.
• Interact with customers, strategic partners, and the Board to shape opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead a mixed org of engineering directors, senior managers, and senior ICs simultaneously.
