• Lead product development lifecycle for clinical trial software solutions from concept to launch
• Translate product requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and specifications using Agile scrum processes
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; prioritize features and initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders including clinical researchers, healthcare providers, and regulatory experts to ensure compliance
• Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies; coordinate with sales and marketing
• Monitor product performance and KPIs; conduct post-launch analysis and iterate
• Serve as subject matter expert on clinical trial processes and technology trends
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by management
