Executive Assistant

• Provide comprehensive, high-level support to the CEO and CFO
• Act as a key enabler for the wider Executive Leadership and Management Teams
• Support multiple priorities simultaneously
• Works across a wide range of stakeholders
• Ensure the smooth, professional and efficient running of executive and company-wide activity
• Enable clear, effective communication between the Executive Team and the wider organisation
• Manage complex, fast‑moving diaries for the CEO and CFO
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
• Take accurate minutes and track actions
• Organize executive dinners, events, roadshows and awards
• Support data rooms, document management and due diligence processes
