- Support design and architecture of Recruiting and Onboarding modules in Workday
- Manage, develop, and consult with functional teams
- Provide technical leadership to the project team
- Review proposed changes for process improvement
- Oversee configuration moves and batch jobs
- Ensure proper documentation meets organization guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
- Working knowledge of report writing and calculated fields
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to organize and plan implementations
