About the role
- Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules
- Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning
- Support UKG application management day to day activities
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field
- 3 + years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems
- Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling)
- Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support
