About the role
- Oversee and manage a team responsible for the reconciliation of inventory and discrepancies throughout Medline’s distribution network
- Collaborate with cross-functional inventory control teams to drive the achievement of specified goals in total inventory adjustments, defect ratios, error/outlier reconciliation, and customer error management
- Enhance, track, and report on metrics which are key performance indicators
- Reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Ensure timely completion of clearings and postings by IC Analysts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory practices/reporting
- Intermediate to Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: pivot tables and charts, creating data tables, importing and exporting data to Microsoft Access)
