About the role

  • Promoting the benefits of the MAZ mixer to potential clients
  • Managing sales processes from lead generation to closure
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing support and assistance
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collecting information on customer needs and closing sales
  • Generating leads through various channels
  • Executing daily outbound activity targets
  • Identifying and penetrating net-new accounts
  • Collaborating with the global commercial sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 3 years of in pharmacy experience (technician or pharmacist), preferred but not required.
  • Three (3) years proven experience in sales.
  • Proven abilities in discovering opportunities, developing strategies and closing sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills; fluent English (written & oral) required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM tool with workflow and process.
