Lead overall strategy, goals, and objectives for MedImpact’s Laker Adjudication Platform
Drive initiatives with the product management team and IT
Create, maintain, and execute product strategic vision and roadmap
Lead creation and support of key adjudication products from inception to execution
Ensure products and services meet operational excellence criteria and support revenue goals
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to prioritize product features
Interface with various company areas such as IT, Sales & Marketing, and Operations

Requirements

BA/BS Degree
8+ years related experience
8+ years of SME in respective area(s)
4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders
Product Management Certification preferred
Project Management Professional preferred
Certified Scrum Master certification preferred
NCT-NCPDP Telecommunication Standard certification required
Prior pharmacy benefits management experience required
