About the role
- Lead the translation of early product concepts into tangible prototypes and pilot-ready solutions.
- Responsible for designing, testing, and refining early-stage clinical products to ensure they are clinically viable, technically feasible, and client value centered.
- Oversee the prototyping process, lead product pilot programs, including point solutions, and generate evidence to inform go/no-go investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and clinical experts, as well as external partners, to accelerate prototyping.
- Partner with internal and external clinical program teams and end users to execute pilot programs, ensuring robust data collection and outcome measurement.
- Define success metrics (clinical, operational, financial, user adoption) and report outcomes to leadership.
- Refine prototypes and solutions based on pilot learnings to improve usability, effectiveness, and scalability.
Requirements
- BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' of SME in respective areas
- Expertise in visualization and workflow design tools (such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio)
- Microsoft 365 skills
- Proven experience leading prototypes, pilot programs, or MVP development within healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, or digital health.
- Strong ability to map clinical workflows and translate them into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments (HIPAA, FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in developing pilot programs with point solutions and translating results into actionable recommendations.
