About the role

  • Shape AI standards: Contribute to the further development of our prompt and configuration standards
  • Build reusable components: Help create robust prompt patterns and configuration modules
  • 2nd-level support: Assist the customer team with complex cases
  • Support onboarding: Help with customer onboarding and perform configurations
  • Advance CARL: Work on the development of our AI-based onboarding and support agent CARL
  • Evaluation and monitoring: Support setting up metrics, tests, and A/B experiments for AI dialogues

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (STEM, Business Informatics, Linguistics, or similar) or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., prompting & agents) — from projects, internships, working-student roles, or personal applications
  • Analytical and structured working style: Formulate and test hypotheses and document results clearly
  • Strong service and team orientation: Enjoy customer contact and communicate confidently and empathetically
  • Excellent German skills, spoken and written (at least C1), and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and in understanding clinical workflows; high sense of responsibility for data protection and security and willingness to learn in a dynamic start-up environment.
