Customer Success Manager

• Du bringst deine Erfahrung aus der Praxis gezielt ein und begleitest Praxen vom Start bis in den Alltag: Onboarding mit Interview, Einrichtung und kurzer Schulung sowie die laufende Betreuung
• Du bist erste Ansprechperson: Du nimmst Anliegen strukturiert auf, priorisierst und löst Herausforderungen möglichst selbst; bei Bedarf koordinierst du schnell mit Technik/Produkt und hältst die Praxis transparent informiert
• Du prüfst anonymisierte Gespräche zwischen KI und Patient:innen, erkennst Muster und Stolpersteine und leitest konkrete Verbesserungen ab
• Du betreust Praxen proaktiv durch regelmäßige Check-ins, teilst Best Practices, gibst Mini-Trainings und empfiehlst einfache Maßnahmen, die den Alltag spürbar entlasten
• Du verbesserst interne Abläufe mit praxistauglichen Hilfen: Onboarding-Checklisten, kurze Anleitungen/FAQs, sowie kleine Automatisierungen im Kundensystem; außerdem achtest du auf klare Qualitätsstandards bei Gesprächsprüfungen
• Du sammelst Rückmeldungen aus den Praxen, bereitest sie verständlich auf, gibst sie ins Team, begleitest Praxistest neuer Funktionen und prüfst, ob sie im Praxisalltag gut funktionieren

• Launch unserer neuen Website Mitarbeit an Konzept, Struktur und Inhalten der neuen Unternehmenswebsite.
• Eigenständige Überarbeitung und Veröffentlichung einzelner Bereiche.
• Umsetzung kleiner Anpassungen direkt im CMS (du bekommst natürlich eine Einarbeitung).
• Erstellung von Landing Pages für Google Ads Aufbau neuer Landing Pages für unsere verschiedenen Zielgruppen und Kooperationspartner.

• Shape AI standards: Contribute to the further development of our prompt and configuration standards

• You are the primary point of contact: you record requests in a structured way, prioritize them and resolve issues yourself where possible; when needed, you coordinate quickly with Tech/Product and keep the practice transparently informed.
• You review anonymized conversations between the AI and patients, identify patterns and pitfalls, and derive concrete improvements.
• You proactively support practices through regular check-ins, share best practices, deliver mini-trainings and recommend simple measures that noticeably reduce day-to-day workload.
• You improve internal processes with practice-ready aids: onboarding checklists, short guides/FAQs, and small automations in the customer system; you also ensure clear quality standards for conversation reviews.
• You collect feedback from practices, prepare it clearly for the team, support practice trials of new features and check whether they perform well in everyday practice.

Practice Manager – Customer Success

• Help shape our AI standard: You will contribute to the further development of our prompting and configuration standards, help clearly define what belongs in the standard versus what should be configured per client, and develop safety nets so the AI acts safely and purposefully in the vast majority of cases.
• Reusable building blocks: You will help build robust prompt patterns and configuration modules and prepare guidelines and best practices so the team and service partners can apply them easily.
• 2nd-level support: You will support the customer team with challenging cases, prepare well-founded recommendations, and liaise with customers when needed.

• Advance CARL: You will work on the further development of our AI-based onboarding and support agent CARL (prompting, tools, workflows) and help make configuration adjustments for us and our partners more efficient.
• Evaluation and monitoring: You will support setting up metrics, tests, and A/B experiments for AI dialogues (e.g., task success, safety, hallucinations), configure monitoring, and deliver structured analyses for iterative improvements.
