AI Engineer

• Help shape our AI standard: You will contribute to the further development of our prompting and configuration standards, help clearly define what belongs in the standard versus what should be configured per client, and develop safety nets so the AI acts safely and purposefully in the vast majority of cases.
• Reusable building blocks: You will help build robust prompt patterns and configuration modules and prepare guidelines and best practices so the team and service partners can apply them easily.
• 2nd-level support: You will support the customer team with challenging cases, prepare well-founded recommendations, and liaise with customers when needed.
• Support onboardings: You will assist with customer onboardings, perform configurations, and monitor effects in live operation to derive targeted improvements together with Product and Engineering.
• Advance CARL: You will work on the further development of our AI-based onboarding and support agent CARL (prompting, tools, workflows) and help make configuration adjustments for us and our partners more efficient.
• Evaluation and monitoring: You will support setting up metrics, tests, and A/B experiments for AI dialogues (e.g., task success, safety, hallucinations), configure monitoring, and deliver structured analyses for iterative improvements.

• Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, both online and offline
• Revise and continuously improve our website, including content management and SEO optimization

• You bring your practical experience to bear and support medical practices from the initial setup through everyday operations: onboarding with an introductory interview, system setup and brief training, as well as ongoing support.
• You are the primary point of contact: you record requests in a structured way, prioritize them and resolve issues yourself where possible; when needed, you coordinate quickly with Tech/Product and keep the practice transparently informed.
• You review anonymized conversations between the AI and patients, identify patterns and pitfalls, and derive concrete improvements.
• You proactively support practices through regular check-ins, share best practices, provide short training sessions, and recommend simple measures that noticeably reduce daily workload.
• You improve internal workflows with practice-ready aids: onboarding checklists, short guides/FAQs, and small automations in the customer system; you also ensure clear quality standards for conversation reviews.
• You collect feedback from practices, prepare it clearly, share it with the team, support practice testing of new features, and verify whether they work well in everyday practice.
