About the role

  • Shape AI standards: Contribute to the further development of our prompt and configuration standards
  • Reusable building blocks: Help build robust prompt patterns and configuration modules
  • 2nd-level support: Assist the customer team with complex cases
  • Support onboarding: Help with customer onboardings, set configurations and monitor their performance in live operation
  • Advance CARL: Work on the further development of our AI-based onboarding and support agent, CARL
  • Evaluation and monitoring: Support the setup of metrics, tests and A/B experiments for AI-driven dialogues

Requirements

  • Completed degree in a relevant field (STEM, Business Informatics/Information Systems or similar) or equivalent qualification
  • Initial practical experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., prompting & agents) — from projects, internships, working student roles or personal projects
  • Analytical and structured working style: Formulate and test hypotheses and document results clearly
  • Strong service and team orientation: Enjoy customer contact and communicate confidently and empathetically
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills
  • Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and understanding clinical workflows; high sense of responsibility for data protection and security, and willingness to learn in a dynamic start-up environment
