About the role

  • Launch of our new website: Contribute to the concept, structure, and content of the new company website.
  • Independently revise and publish individual sections.
  • Implement small adjustments directly in the CMS (you will of course receive onboarding).
  • Creation of landing pages for Google Ads: Build new landing pages for our different target groups and partners.
  • Create targeted content (copy, visuals, structure).
  • Performance-driven optimization with a focus on conversions.
  • Manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns: Support setup, monitoring, and improvement of ongoing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance data and propose optimizations.
  • Actively collaborate with Louis on budget allocation and targeting.
  • Initial setup of our Instagram profile.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content creation, analysis, and automation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration (BWL), Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience — through internships, working-student roles, self-employment, or personal projects.
  • Basic knowledge of web or content tools (CMS, Canva, Figma, or similar).
  • Interest in or initial experience with performance marketing (especially Google Ads).
  • Strong affinity for AI and willingness to use AI daily to work more efficiently and faster.
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style — particularly in a remote setting.
  • Availability of 15–20 hours per week (flexible scheduling; more hours possible during semester breaks).
