About the role

Leverage expertise in nutrition and wellness to provide personalized support across multiple communication channels.
Deliver high-impact nutritional and program guidance that drives Client adherence, satisfaction, and long-term transformation.
Serve as a trusted resource for Coaches and Clients seeking evidence-based support on OPTAVIA programs, plans, and products.
Collaborate closely with credentialed nutrition professionals and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all program information.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and caring demeanor in all communications with Coaches, Clients, and co-workers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, health, or a related wellness field required; alternatively, DTR/NDTR credential accepted.
1–3 years of relevant experience in nutrition, wellness, health coaching, or a related field.
Strong ability to interpret and organize information, apply critical thinking, and deliver guidance across varied knowledge levels.
Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and professional communication skills.
Ability to navigate multiple software platforms and maintain confidentiality of sensitive health and company information.
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote environment.
