About the role
- Track brand mentions and monitor changes in search engine results.
- File complaints in Google Ads against competitors for trademark infringement or unfair advertising.
- Submit reports for Trademark/Copyright violations and phishing to hosting providers and registrars.
- Execute strategies to displace negative search results with positive brand content.
- Coordinate with webmasters and platforms to remove or update misleading information.
- Prepare regular reports on reputation KPIs and the effectiveness of brand protection efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & SERM.
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and spoken), fluent Ukrainian or Russian.
- Foundational knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO and how it applies to reputation management.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
- Ability to analyze SERPs and identify competitor strategies.
- Basic understanding of PPC (Google Ads) to identify and mitigate unwanted or infringing advertisements.
- Understanding of Brand Protection processes: filing complaints for Trademark violations, Copyright infringement (DMCA), and phishing.
- Technical ability to identify hosting providers and domain registrars to send official Abuse Reports.
