About the role

  • Installation and configuration of medicalvalues solutions at our clients’ sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice information systems)
  • Supporting clients in integrating our applications with their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
  • Conducting training sessions and providing user support
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients in support cases

Requirements

  • You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are highly motivated to start in this field
  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold an equivalent qualification
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
  • Goal-oriented work style, quick comprehension, and a proactive approach to contributing your own ideas
