• Unterstützung der Kund:innen bei Integration unserer Anwendungen mit der eigenen IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerk (Telematikinfrastruktur, Drucker, Kartenleser, etc.)
• Durchführung von Schulungen und Betreuung von Anwender:innen
• Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen im Supportfall
