About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our clients' sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice management systems)
Supporting clients with integrating our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (Telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
Conducting training sessions and providing user support
Point of contact for clients in support cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are highly motivated to start a career in this field
You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
Customer orientation and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
Goal-oriented working style, quick grasp of new concepts, and proactively contributing your own ideas
