About the role

  • Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our clients' sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration to on‑site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice management systems)
  • Supporting clients with integration of our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
  • Conducting training sessions and providing user support
  • Serving as the point of contact for customers in support cases

Requirements

  • You have professional experience in IT consulting or are eager to start a career in this area
  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
  • Goal-oriented working style, quick comprehension, and proactive contribution of your own ideas
