About the role

  • Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our customers' sites in laboratories, clinics and medical practices, and connection/configuration of on-site IT systems (clinical information systems / physician information systems)
  • Supporting customers in integrating our applications with their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
  • Conducting training and supporting end users
  • Acting as the point of contact for customers for support issues

Requirements

  • You already have professional experience in IT consulting or are eager to start a career in this field
  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English
  • Goal-oriented working style, quick comprehension and a proactive approach to contributing your own ideas
