About the role
- Configures and maintains solutions for business partners
- Works with delivery teams within the technical and product organization to design, develop and deliver system enhancements and fixes for the business
- Work with product managers to identify requirements and testing approaches for work items
- Ensures work items are delivered on time
- Proactive awareness of systems or platform issues and changes; manages impact on systems
- Participates in the deployment of system updates
- Supports the dev-ops processes and solution delivery process within Tech; participates in continuous improvement
- Subject matter expert in platform and systems through research, prototyping, and proactive understanding of platform lifecycle
- Documents key processes for development and delivery of system updates
- Works in conjunction with developers on integrated solutions for the business
- Performs break-fix activities for systems
- Follows incident management process to ensure timely resolution of support tickets
- Follows change management process to make changes to the production environment in a safe and controlled manner
- Partners with product owners to understand business processes and how IT enables them
- Primary point of contact with system vendors when appropriate
- Manages tickets with vendors and ensures timely resolution of issues
- Performs ongoing administration and maintenance of systems to keep them high performing and up to date
- Maintains multiple environments and/or versions of systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in: IT, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years' experience supporting enterprise systems
- Extensive experience enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams and supporting processes
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Azure Service Bus, Exchange, UKG (preferred)
- Experience in medical staffing industry (preferred)
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (preferred)
- Experience with Typescript or JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, SQL, CSS and/or HTML (preferred)
- Experience defining and developing integrations using APIs (preferred)
- UM:/BPML, IDL/YAML, Basic C#/.Net programming skills (nice to have)
