About the role
- Primary technical and functional expert on Dynamics CRM and other system platforms
Focus on strategy and tactical design and delivery of enhancements and fixes
Build strong relationships with Product Owners and delivery teams within IT
Configures and maintains solutions for business partners
Design, develop and deliver system enhancements and fixes
Identify requirements and testing approaches with product managers
Ensure work items are delivered on time
Proactively manage platform issues and changes
Participate in deployment of system updates
Support dev-ops and continuous improvement processes
Subject matter expert through research and prototyping
Document key processes for development and delivery
Work with developers on integrated solutions
Perform break-fix activities and follow incident/change management processes
Partner with product owners and manage vendor relationships
Ongoing administration and maintenance of systems
Maintains multiple environments and/or versions of systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Mathematics, IT or related field
5+ years' experience supporting enterprise systems
Extensive experience enhancing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience working with sales and marketing teams and supporting processes
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics F&O, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Azure Service Bus, Exchange, UKG
Experience in medical staffing industry
Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with Typescript or JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, SQL, CSS and/or HTML
Experience defining and developing integrations using APIs
Expierence with C# is preferred
Nice to have skills are React, UM:/BPML, IDL/YAML, Basic C#/.Net programming skills
