About the role
- Recruit talent by using traditional and creative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates that will enhance our company's culture.
- Attend recruiting events and networking conferences.
- Partner with leaders on diversifying candidate pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers on the selection process and creation of pipeline strategies.
- Coach interviewers on best practices.
- Create, extend and negotiate job offers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations on process improvements, tools, events, onboarding, and reporting.
- Build business partnership with Business Unit management / FP&A / Human Resources / Training / Payroll / Benefits that improves teamwork, knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and leveraging of ideas and resources.
- Conduct cultural screening interviews and coordinate second and final interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Develop strong working relationships and partner with management to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Utilize proactive, creative, and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source active and passive candidates.
- Communicate regularly with both internal and external candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track applicants and sourcing leads.
- Provide input to human resources strategy within the Business Unit and HR team to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HR Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience required
- 1–5 years recruiting experience required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tool required
- Proven experience and success sourcing talent on LinkedIn and alternative platforms or tools
- Previous experience recruiting at local job fairs, colleges, and other community job placement organizations
- Experience with partnering with hiring managers and business partners required
- Experience negotiating required
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter platform preferred
