Full-stack Engineer

• We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of AI-enabled engineering, someone who doesn’t just write code to spec, but rethinks how software is designed, built, and evolved using AI.
• In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our platform by integrating AI not only into how we build software, but into the product experiences themselves.
• You’ll work across complex systems to design scalable, intelligent architectures and create AI-enabled features that fundamentally improve our product offering.
• As a Staff Engineer, you’ll set technical direction, influence architecture, and raise the bar across the team.
• You’ll partner closely with product, design, and DevOps while mentoring others and driving best practices but most importantly, you’ll help define what modern, AI-driven software engineering looks like in practice.

Staff Software Engineer

• Own the architecture, design, and lifecycle of scalable data marts and data products aligned to key business domains
• Partner with product, analytics, and business leaders to shape ambiguous problem spaces, refine requirements, and validate solutions through rapid prototyping and proofs of concept
• Apply deep expertise in healthcare and value-based care data to architect high-quality, scalable data product solutions across clinical and financial domains
• Define and standardize data product engineering best practices, including tooling, architecture patterns, and development methodologies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, elevating the capabilities of data product engineers through guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight
• Lead enterprise data initiatives supporting clinical, billing, coding, claims, and revenue cycle workflows, ensuring alignment with VBC models and business outcomes
• Serve as a strategic advisor on enterprise data platform architecture, influencing design decisions across all data product solutions
• Drive data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality standards to ensure consistency, integrity, and regulatory compliance across the ecosystem
• Balance and optimize scalability, performance, cost, data integrity, and compliance in all architectural and design decisions
• Act as a principal-level thought partner, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across teams without direct authority

Principal Healthcare Data Product Engineer

Security Engineer

• - Own and evolve MHN’s enterprise security strategy aligned with business goals and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• - Serve as the primary security leader and trusted advisor to Technology, Product, and Executive leadership.
• - Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Compliance teams.
• - Lead security architecture and controls within Microsoft Azure, including identity and access management, network security, encryption, logging, and monitoring.
• - Partner with infrastructure and networking teams to secure cloud, hybrid, and third-party environments.
• - Ensure secure design and implementation of systems supporting healthcare data and applications.
• - Lead and maintain compliance with healthcare security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, and related frameworks.
• - Act as the owner and driver of HITRUST certification, including preparation, audits, remediation, and ongoing compliance.
• - Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements.
• - Develop and oversee security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management programs.
• - Own incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and real-world incident management.
• - Manage third-party security risk, vendor assessments, and security reviews.
• - Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• - Ensure strong security awareness and best practices across the organization.
• - Support MHN’s commitment to being a high-trust partner to providers, payers, and customers.
