- You’ll work across complex systems to design scalable, intelligent architectures and create AI-enabled features that fundamentally improve our product offering.
- As a Staff Engineer, you’ll set technical direction, influence architecture, and raise the bar across the team.
- You’ll partner closely with product, design, and DevOps while mentoring others and driving best practices but most importantly, you’ll help define what modern, AI-driven software engineering looks like in practice.

- Exposure to DevOps/SRE practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and observability.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives such as system migrations, re-architecture, or enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide senior engineers, driving technical strategy across teams.
