About the role
- Processing ongoing accounting
- Coding, checking and posting incoming invoices
- Processing electronic bank statements
- Handling travel expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Fixed assets accounting
- Managing recurring entries and accruals/deferrals
- General account reconciliation
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under HGB (German Commercial Code)
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Bookkeeper or Tax Clerk
- Experience in financial accounting / accounting
- Independent, proactive and precise working style
- Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably SAP B1
- Good German and English language skills
