About the role
- Managing end‑to‑end ancillary provider contracts to ensure value and compliance
- Building strong relationships with providers and practice teams nationwide
- Using data and insights to identify trends and address performance outliers
- Leading targeted provider recruitment to maintain optimal network coverage
- Supporting onboarding and seamless integration of new providers
- Triaging provider and customer issues and driving process improvements
- Coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and ensuring delivery of key milestones
- Reporting on network metrics and recommending improvements for sustainability
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process uplift, operational efficiencies, and enhanced provider and customer experience
- Balancing strategic engagement with hands‑on execution, including managing day-to-day operational tasks to ensure consistent, reliable contract management of our providers
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or a related field
- Experience in health insurance or healthcare (highly regarded)
- Strong critical thinking and clear communication skills
- Experience in contract or provider relationship management
- Proactive, adaptable approach and passion for improving experiences
