About the role
- Lead and inspire the AV team, ensuring strategic, innovative and insight led responses to client briefs.
- Oversee AV planning and buying across TV, BVOD, SVOD and CTV.
- Negotiate with media owners and sales houses to secure added value opportunities.
- Use audience insights and technology to inform planning and deliver evidence based recommendations.
- Keep the team and agency informed of AV market trends and opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence, meeting KPIs, deadlines and audit requirements.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, supporting new business pitches and revenue growth.
Requirements
- At least 8+ years experience in AV brand planning, buying or media strategy with proven team leadership experience.
- Broad knowledge of AV channels and emerging media formats.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using audience insights and media technology to drive results.
- Track record of delivering innovative, results driven AV campaigns.
- Proficiency in Techedge and knowledge of Touchpoints & Etelmar suite.
- Proven experience in taking an active role in all audit responses.
- Established relationships with high level media owners.
