About the role

  • Preparation and review of outgoing invoices
  • Review and posting of incoming invoices
  • Preparation and execution of payments
  • Ongoing financial bookkeeping and maintenance of records
  • Reconciliation of accounts and open items lists
  • Preparation of documents for the tax consultant
  • Communication and coordination with our tax consultant

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in routine financial accounting, ideally with GmbHs (advantageous)
  • Confident use of accounting software (e.g., DATEV is an advantage)
  • Independent, structured and meticulous way of working
  • Reliability, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
