• Work in a small team, flat hierarchy, flexible working hours in a hybrid model, creative and challenging projects from A to Z.
• Content research, idea generation and concept development across various areas.
• Create concepts/scripts for the aforementioned research.
• Prepare reporting and analyses of social media accounts.
• Post content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.
• Write copy and captions for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Plan and organize content days as well as sets & props.
• General communication, organization & correspondence.
• Community management for social media channels (messages, comments, etc.).
• Create job postings.
• Run giveaways and handle shipping.
• Prepare pitch presentations for the agency on various topics.
• Create and update media kits.
• Content days, record videos & photos (kept simple).
• Communicate with agency colleagues on various topics.
• Check and optimize websites.
