About the role
- Lead and grow day-to-day client relationships or support senior account leaders
- Develop and execute integrated digital strategies across channels
- Translate client objectives into actionable plans with internal specialists
- Oversee execution quality, timelines, and outcomes across workstreams
- Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate insights into recommendations
- Manage scopes, staffing plans, budgets, and forecasts (as seniority increases)
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expanded impact
- Proactively identify risks and recommend solutions
- Mentor junior team members as responsibilities grow
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing strategy and/or account management
- Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing a number of marketing specialties including paid media, social, fundraising, content, email, etc
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
- Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics, CRMs, and fundraising tools
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in nonprofit or mission-driven work
- Approximately 2–18+ years of experience
