About the role
- Execute established cross-channel communication and digital asset plans aligned to organisational goals
- Lead the planning and delivery of ongoing and seasonal campaigns across digital, social, website, SEO, and selected traditional channels
- Coordinate technical implementation of campaigns across platforms and channels
- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
- Manage end-to-end event delivery including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and strong user experience
- Manage and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and events
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, content, brand, or social media roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering content marketing across multiple digital platforms
- Proven ability to grow social media following and engagement
- Experience planning and delivering events and conferences
- Experience contributing to innovation, adopting new technologies, or supporting digital transformation initiatives
