About the role

  • Execute established cross-channel communication and digital asset plans aligned to organisational goals
  • Lead the planning and delivery of ongoing and seasonal campaigns across digital, social, website, SEO, and selected traditional channels
  • Coordinate technical implementation of campaigns across platforms and channels
  • Monitor content performance and use insights to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Manage end-to-end event delivery including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
  • Oversee website content updates, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and strong user experience
  • Manage and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and events

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred), or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, content, brand, or social media roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering content marketing across multiple digital platforms
  • Proven ability to grow social media following and engagement
  • Experience planning and delivering events and conferences
  • Experience contributing to innovation, adopting new technologies, or supporting digital transformation initiatives
