• Metrics & Reporting: Architect, develop, and regularly produce key metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to evaluate and optimize the performance of revenue teams across the customer lifecycle

• Within one month, you will... Ramp quickly on Medely’s platform, value proposition, and the healthcare staffing landscape.
• Begin 1:1s with your manager, align on your 30-60-90 plan, and shadow discovery and demo calls.
• Start building your outbound prospect list and following up on inbound leads.
• Within three months, you will... Own a territory plan for outpatient healthcare facilities in your assigned region.
• Run consultative discovery calls that uncover operational pain points and staffing needs.
• Demonstrate Medely’s platform with confidence, tailoring use cases to each facility type.
• Generate pipeline primarily through self-prospecting; while some inbound opportunities will come your way, the majority of your success will come from your own outreach and relationship-building.

• Own the renewal strategy starting nine months in advance, ensuring predictable, value-driven renewals
• Lead quarterly and annual Executive Business Reviews (not sales QBRs) focused on overall partnership health, value realization, and a 12–18 month Evolution Roadmap
• Translate internal product and finance updates into a strategic value narrative for the client
• Monitor facility-level adoption, usage trends, and early intervention when usage drops (not just at renewal)
• Lead escalations for high-impact facilities and enterprise stakeholders, coordinating solutions with appropriate teams

• Own and scale B2B post-sale lifecycle strategy across onboarding → activation → adoption → retention → expansion.
• Build segmented lifecycle journeys tailored to distinct facility personas (e.g., admins, schedulers, operators, power users).
• Leverage customer usage signals and engagement data to identify opportunities and improve lifecycle performance.
• Develop and optimize customer communications across channels including email, in-app messaging, direct mail, and other lifecycle touchpoints.
• Partner closely with Sales + Account Management to support post-sale nurturing, expansion, upsell/cross-sell, and reactivation initiatives.
• Design lifecycle programs built for a future product-led motion, including automated onboarding, milestone campaigns, and feature adoption journeys triggered by customer behavior.
• Conceptualize and manage incentive-based campaigns (e.g., limited-time offers, referral bonuses, usage rewards) to drive behaviors like first-time bookings, repeat usage, increased frequency, or feature adoption.
• Lead experimentation and optimization through A/B testing, hypothesis-driven iteration, and lifecycle roadmap planning.
