About the role
- Define clear, quantified success metrics and leading indicators before building
- Ensure work drives measurable progress on adoption, engagement, retention, and renewal signals
- Define a quarterly roadmap based on insight and strategy
- Translate company strategy into a credible, impact-driven roadmap
- Prioritize work that aligns with real customer needs and clear business goals
- Actively engage with Sales and users to uncover pain points and validate solutions
- Define success metrics upfront
- Track performance, measure outcomes, and continuously improve based on data
- Work with Design to shape intuitive solutions
- Deliver value quickly, iteratively, and with quality with Engineering
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove blockers
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Skilled in discovery, user research, and engaging with Sales to find signal
- Strong grasp of agile product development and running high-velocity teams
- Experience building and owning a roadmap that drives measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to define leading indicators, running experiments, and iterating based on measurable results
- Data-driven mindset: you define success, track it, and act on what you learn
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines
- Ability to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty using hypothesis-driven thinking and explicit trade-offs
- Track record of delivering reliably with strong ownership and low execution friction
