About the role

  • Handle the post-production coordination for the media team, ensuring assets move through the pipeline and hit their deadlines.
  • Manage the master upload schedule and handle the posting across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Use your curiosity to bring new ideas to our Social Media producer.
  • Experiment with hooks, formats, and trends to see what flies.
  • Work alongside our media leadership to learn the voice and cadence of our Founder, helping to build the industry’s most influential personal brand.

Requirements

  • You eat, sleep, and breathe social media and post-production.
  • You are a forward-thinking trend-spotter with a craving to stay on top of social platform trends but predominately LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
  • You have high-level organizational and project management skills.
  • You have the curiosity to obsessively learn our industry and the creativity to "riff" with our Media producer on new ideas.
  • You have clock speed: You move fast and with quality, burning through trends before they’re cool.
  • You are a master coordinator: You thrive on managing upload schedules and traffic control of media assets from edit to post.
