Account Manager

• Lead the MedCerts B2B account management function
• Manage, coach, and develop the Strategic Account Management team against account plans and performance metrics
• Optimize and manage the account management playbook and standard operating procedures
• Run pipeline, retention, and account-health reviews and hold the team accountable to revenue and student-outcome targets
• Own onboarding and launch for new B2B partners through first enrollments and student outcomes
• Coordinate with Enrollment, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance to launch partner programs
• Own retention and expansion across employer, workforce, and academic partners
• Build account growth plans to increase enrollments, revenue per partner, completion, and placement outcomes
• Identify and close expansion opportunities, including new programs, content licensing, credit for prior learning, and additional cohorts
• Advise senior employer, workforce, and academic leaders on workforce and education solutions
• Guide partners through WIOA, workforce grants, Title IV, Workforce Pell, and employer-funded training pathways
• Position MedCerts as a long-term workforce partner and support partners’ talent strategies
• Own portfolio revenue, retention, and enrollment targets and forecast in Salesforce
• Report pipeline, launches, and account health to executive leadership and surface risks and opportunities
